Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition and in the original packaging. You can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a refund then place a new order. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed, however this is normally done within 3-5 days of receipt.


Personalized Products

Please note that we do not offer standard returns on any of our personalized products.


How To Return An Item

For each item, tick the reason for return on the returns paperwork provided.

Package the items securely.

Attach the removable self-adhesive label provided to your parcel.

Drop off at your nearest courier company location for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse.

Please retain your proof of postage from returns.

Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.

If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please follow our Returns Procedure for any new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of your shipment date. Hunter reserves the right to refuse the return of products, which are not sent back in accordance with our procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. How To Exchange An Item

Sign in to your account or enter your order details under the Guest Customer section.

Under the Order History section of your account, locate the order number that contains the item(s) that you wish to exchange and select Exchange.

For each item, select the reason for the exchange.

Select the new colour and/or size that you wish to receive. If you need to change the delivery address then you can do it from this section.

Attach the removable self-adhesive label provided to your parcel.

Drop off at your nearest courier company location for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse.

Terms and Conditions

Only products purchased directly from this website can be returned following the steps described above. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.

All exchanges are at our discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.


Returning Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, Contact us here stating your order number and we will advise on how to return.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Returning Faulty Products

This only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. Product purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase. It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion. Occasionally a white powdery 'bloom' may appear on your boots. This is not a defect, but a release of natural protective wax that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
